His primary focus revolves around Government & Public Sector initiatives related to Smart Cities, Urban Infrastructure, the WASH sector, and the implementation of Smart Solutions, including Integrated Command & Control Centers, Smart Utilities, Solid Waste Management (SWM), Municipal Financing, Smart Health, Smart Transport, and Smart Governance. Furthermore, he specializes in program structuring aimed at attracting private investments, particularly through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
Prashant has over 16 years of professional experience encompassing Consulting, Business Development, and Project Management. He has a remarkable track record of closing significant transformation projects that generate value and optimal solutions for clients. His achievements include successfully structuring programs to secure PPP-based investments amounting to INR 600 crores, with a committed revenue of INR 64 crores.
His professional experience extends across both India and the UAE, and he has collaborated extensively with international funding institutions, including BMGF, USAID, and JICA.
His role involves the complete cycle of business development, starting from identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, preparing competitive proposals, delivering client presentations, and successfully closing deals that have resulted in multiple conversions.
