A seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of extensive experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Finance, and Process Transformation. He brings a proven track record in streamlining client operations and business process for better governance, designing and implementing processes/policies to ensure regulatory compliance and forensic assignments including financial statement frauds, management frauds, email forensics, AML compliance reviews and lender monitoring under the India Bankruptcy Code.

He has successfully led projects on Internal Audit, Risk Management, SoX & IFC Compliance, SOP development and rationalization across diverse industries. Prior to joining Nangia, Dharmesh was associated with Grant Thornton, where he led the NBFC and Capital Market space within Financial Services, and was responsible for developing GRC solutions (Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, etc.). In addition to his professional contributions, Dharmesh has been actively involved in industry forums. He has served as Joint Secretary of IIA Bombay Chapter (FY 2020-21 & 2021-22), as well as a member of the Board of Governors, Membership Committee, and Executive Committee.
