With over 17 years of experience, Anusha's career has been primarily focused on management and digital consulting, with a strong emphasis on technology, strategy, and processes, particularly in client-facing role within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
She possesses extensive consulting experience in the Fintech sector, particularly in areas such as lending, insurance (InsureTech), and payments. Anusha is a subject matter expert in digital payments, providing consultation to a diverse clientele, including the Government of India, banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), on topics like emerging payment trends, devising payment strategies, and designing payment gateways.
In the past, Anusha has held positions at reputable organizations such as State Bank of India, PNB Housing Finance Limited, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Agriculture Insurance Company, Punjab and Sind Bank, and NSDL, among others.
