Throughout his expansive career, Rajib has spearheaded numerous sustainability consulting and assurance projects, providing services to over 300 diverse organizations, including private, public, and not-for-profit entities, as well as multilateral and bilateral agencies. He has global business expertise and exposure, involving businesses across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asian countries in both public and private sectors, and with multilateral and bilateral funding agencies.
Rajib has over 25 years of experience in Sustainability, Developmental/Social Responsibility (SR) and allied services, of which over 15 years has been with prominent consulting firms such as Deloitte, Ernst & Young, DNV, and Grant Thornton, where he held leadership positions responsible for executing projects and expanding Sustainability, Developmental, and associated services.
He has conducted more than 400 investment-related audits focusing on Economics and ESG/Sustainability, assisting investors and funding agencies in their decision-making processes. Furthermore, he has conducted over 200 audits that center on Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and Social aspects.
Rajib's expertise notably extends to the realm of 'blue ocean strategy.' Some of his innovative business concepts have not only driven substantial growth in the practices he has overseen but have also generated significant revenues for the sustainability profession in India. These concepts have additionally benefited the wider business community and society as a whole.
