Pankaj has collaborated with leading financial services institutions in India, including major banks such as SBI, BOB, Kotak Mahindra, and others, capital market entities like SBI Cap Securities and Arihant Capital, insurance providers like SBI Life, PNB Max Life, Max Bupa, and Oriental Insurance, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) such as PNB Housing Finance, IREDA, and NEDFi, and institutions like NSDL and SBI Capital Market.

Pankaj's global footprint includes significant experience in SAARC nations like Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, the Middle East, covering Kuwait, Bahrain, Dubai, and Oman, and regions in South Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia, such as Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
