Ajay believes in harnessing technology, data and AI to bring in business transformation with meaningful impact on lives of people across the globe. He has been a diplomat with United Nations and worked closely on international relations, finance, capacity building, training and guidance with 37 nations. He handled projects worth INR 45,000 crores in Defence Research Development Organisation in Aerospace & Defence domain.
Ajay has 25 years of experience in dealing with various government, public sector and international organisations.
A strong proponent of continuous learning and upskilling, Ajay holds numerous accolades, including being a Dean’s Lister at ISB and having four Masters in Finance & Marketing, HRM, Technology and International Relations, pursuing PhD in management and strategic HRM with certifications like PMP, APMP, LSSBB, Agile, Scum, Python, Data Analytics, Supply Chain and Leading Transformations from top global universities.
Passionate about CSR and the positive societal impact of growth, Ajay served with the United Nations as both a peacekeeper in Africa and a Diplomat in New York. He has observed life closely in major hot spots across the globe. An enthusiastic sportsman who loves travel and writing, Ajay has published two books on the revolution in education - 'Learning to Unlearn' and 'Find your Future'.
He is the Founder & Mentor of Raahgeer India Enterprises & India International Institute of UN Studies, ensuring that knowledge gained during his lifetime is passed on to the next generation.
